With Christmas less than a week away, it’s hard to resist the treats and goodies available at this time of year. Christmas dinner is one of the best meals of the year; and while you shouldn’t worry too much about the amount of calories you consume while gorging on roast turkey and roast potatoes, it’s good to be aware.

Here are some quick and very easy steps to keep those extra pounds at bay this Christmas, with a few 15 minute exercises that you can squeeze in between family visits, to stay fighting fit into the New Year!

Christmas is the time of year where it’s absolutely fine to over do it a little when eating. Enjoy the festive season, relax after a year of hard work and treat yourself! Just make sure that during the rest of the year, you exercise, drink plenty of water, and eat lots of vegetables.
