After the successful return of the 10K Karate Clash last April, the exciting event is back this year at London’s Troxy on Saturday 31st March 2018!

The 10K Karate Clash showcases the ‘best of the best’. After a ten year break, the concept, the crowd and the wonderful performances in 2017 did not disappoint. Kent’s Joe Kellaway defeated current World Champion, and tournament favourite, Jordan Thomas in the final to claim the title.

2018’s tournament will see the return of defending Champion Joe Kellaway alongside confirmed athletes Gavin Bailey, Josh Benji Gleadell, Alton Brown, Audun Daniels, Johny Gilmour, Ryan Jay, Lee Ka Wai Jimmy, Christophe Pinna, Joe Rawcliffe, Sonny Roberts, Rene Smaal, Jordan Thomas, Mitchell Thorpe and Tadissi Yves.

As well as the 32 elite men’s draw, a Ladies Super 8 Cup has also been announced. Eight of the best female athletes will battle it out on the night to claim their prize. So far, competitors for the Ladies Super 8 Cup include Amy Connell, Amelia Harvey, Siobhan Hayes, Kate Karwacinski, Natalie Williams and Amy Wright-Hamilton.

After a fantastic collaboration with Fighter’s Inc in 2017, we are very proud to be sponsoring the 2018 event. If you fancy treating yourself to the Official 10K Karate Clash Gi, visit our website www.blitzsport.com and try our Fighter Lite Karate Suit.

Blitz Fighter Lite Karate Suit

Specifically developed for Karate practitioners, our Fighter Lite Karate Suit is a lightweight 8oz polyester gi. Including the latest moisture management technologies, this suit features ventilated shoulder, waist, hip, underarm and backside areas. These areas are designed to draw moisture away from the skin. Great use in hot climates. For maximum movement and comfort, the Fighter Lite suit also incorporates a three sectional gusset. An additional super-soft rippled interior helps the material glide over the skin during intense training sessions. Perfect Karate Gi for Kumite Professionals.

The big question is can the current 10K King Joe Kellaway be the first athlete to take the crown twice?
