Oh Ho!!! I have just came to know about the passing of Pauline Bindra's death, one long year after she passed away, while surfing the site. I live in Kolkata, India and had the good fortune to meet her thrice in her shop, in 1990, 1993 & 1995 during my visits to England. I went there to bought books and a few other martial arts equipments for my collection. I heard much about her from my sensei and good friend Nick Adamou. My thought’s and sincere condolences are with her family and friends. Osu!!!

My apologises for the late posting.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Pauline, and although I no longer practice karate and have not seen her in a long time, I hold fond memories of her from way back.

To Lee, Elida, Danny and Jason, please accept my most heart felt condolences, the world is truly diminished by her passing.

Not everyone was lucky enough to train with Prof Tatsuo Suzuki, the man responsible for bringing Wado Ryu to Europe. His sad passing will always be outweighed by the inspiration he gave to Mizukara instructors, which in turn will be passed to our students.
Our sincere wishes to his family & friends.

Although Sensei had been very unwell for quite a while it is still a shock and a very sad occasion when such a man as him passes away. He was a true talent and master of karate and if it wasn't for sensei I wouldnt be training or teaching karate now. I understand what sensei was going through as I too have cancer and it is my karate that keeps me going. I hope that all his students and members of the W.I.K.F help and support Sensei John Wicks 8th Dan as he now takes the association forward. I trained with Sensei Wicks and know myself that he too is one of a kind. Osu

its been 7 long days and still it hasnt sank into me. Master Suzuki was 1 in a million his character and his outlook on life will always make the world a better place. I cant express enough how much im glad that out of all the styles in the world that i decided to take Wado- Ryu Karate. Im Truly thankful to my sensei's and i truly feel for my Sensei. Sensei Hamilton im sure he was crushed by the news as when Sensei Hamilton would correct his students he would always refer to a lesson from either Sensei Suzuki or Grandmaster Ohtsuka. Im sure they are training together right now in a better place.
